This sachertorte is probably the first gluten free version creaated by Helmut Newcake, combining the sweetness, softness and intensity of chocolate with a hint of acidity from apricot.
Coming from the Austrian tradition, it is lightened with a mirror icing. Helmut Newcake's proposal can be made into a desert for several people, on request in advance.
Ideal for a birthday.
